Our network of providers are dedicated to providing mental health services across a continuum of mental health care settings that include outpatient clinic, inpatient hospitalization, day program, primary care clinic, emergency room, inpatient medicine consult, nursing home, home care, and other. As our network of providers expand, our patients can expect to continue to receive highest quality of care across this continuum of care setting.

 

- Conduct initial comprehensive psychiatric assessment utilizing biopsychosocial model

- Provide accurate and concise diagnosis, treatment, disposition, and referral

- Provide ongoing treatment and follow-up visit

- Provide telehealth services

- Incorporate and support caregivers as part of care team

- Provide opportunity for patients and caregivers to participate in clinical research
