Our network of providers aim to consist of psychiatrist, neurologist, psychologist, primary care provider, nurse practictioner, clinical social workers, nursing staff, medical assistant, and research coordinator. Our mission is to provide care to our growing aging patient in a continuum of care setting that include outpatient clinic, inpatient hospitalization, day program, primary care clinic, emergency room, inpatient medicine consultation, nursing home, home care, and others over a lifespan. Moreover, as caregivers are a vital part of treatment team, we further extend the support to our caregivers. In regard to research, our providers value the important of research opportunity as a way to advance diagnosis and treatment.
