About us:
NOLA-Center for Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Research and Treatment, LLC was established with the purpose of enabling our growing aging population to live an active and fulfill life with the highest standard of living in least restrictive setting. Under founder of Hoa Le, D.O., we evaluate and provide treatment to patients with memory, mood, and behavior disorder in our aging population. We aim to differentiate normal vs abnormal aging process in a spectrum of disease that include Alzheimer’s Disease, vascular dementia, traumatic brain injury, Lewy Body Dementia, Frontotemporal Dementia, Parkinson’s with dementia, normal pressure hydrocephalus, Mixed dementia and among other major neurocognitive disorder. We further aim to provide opportunity for clinical research with the goal of advancing diagnosis and treatment. Our purposes further extending to supporting our caregivers to decrease the burden on caregivers as well as aiming to decreasing burden on our health care system. 

Our Mission:
NOLA-Center for Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Research and Treatment, LLC devotes to creating a network of medical sub-specialty and social services  to support, evaluate, and provide treatment to our growing aging population. Through collaboration, innovation, and personalized approach, our patients can expect to receive the support and treatment that is necessary to live an active and fullfill life. Moreover, our caregivers can expect to have the support and tools that is necessary to support our patients to live the highest standard of living in the least restrictive setting over a lifespan.

Hoa Le, D.O.

Hoa Le, D.O. is the founder of NOLA-Center for Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Research and Treatment, LLC. He is a practicing psychiatrist with fellowship training in geriatric psychiatry. He is Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. He is experiences in treating patients with major neurocognitive disorder, otherwise known as dementia, in a spectrum of disease process. His research includes hearing impairment associate with cognitive and functional decline in Alzheimer’s patient. His interest and study further extended to the association between frailty and cognitive ability in our aging population.
